From porchetta with nduja and
pork cracklins to a Southern -
style banh mi with housemade pâté, smoked ham, and kimchi mayo on a steamed
bun, the menu covers all its meat - and - bread bases.
What I do know is that we're going to attempt to make
pork buns, Ippudo NY and Momofuku
style so we'll see how that turns out.
