As I wasn't allowed any type of sugar, I had to figure out how to make
a sugar free apple pie.
I bought
some sugar free apple butter (just apples and spices) a few weeks ago and was dying for something yummy to use it with!

The reason I liked this was because the pancakes weren't too sweet — the sauteed
apples on the side and the
sugar free pancake syrup was enough — and my boss loved the crunch factor of the granola.
