Go extra creative with your tins, decor them up with
fabric tape, or paint using your nail colors, tie up with a little lace and they make a cute holiday gift.
With my larger bustline and belly, buttoning a cardi can lead to a lot of gaping and weirdness so I use
fabric tape or a sweater clip to keep the cardigan in place.
For even easier decorating, look for self - adhesive
fabric tape in pretty colors and fun patterns.
They both are too wide open for me so I had to close it up more and even used
fabric tape to double secure the top.
Look on the pillow tag or use
a fabric tape measure to measure the size.

Fabric Tape Pumpkins
Instead of hemming them with
fabric tape or a sewing machine, I simply use pinking shears to cut the edges.

I sewed a drapery tape that had little plastic circles already sewed on to
the fabric tape and and screwed small white cup hooks in the ceiling.
Note: Fabric glue or even hem
fabric tape would be a great option, but for this experiment of mine, the hot glue seemed to work just fine.
I simply applied
fabric tape to the outside of the round and then hot glued a rosette to the front / middle.
(The numbers here are from a roll of
fabric tape I purchased a few years ago.)
I have never found
fabric tape but then again I stay away from craft stores because I am addicted to crafty things.
But since our border fabric was so light weight it was perfectly fine to use iron on tape (you can find the iron on
fabric tape at JoAnn's Fabric or any other fabric store)!
