Swerve package will likely give you the most accurate answers
for the amount you're using.
The icing covered 8 cupcakes and I used half the creme and about 1.5 times the amount of
swerve confectioners sugar that the recipe called
for in order to get a spreadable consistency.
Has anyone tried using

For the rest of the recipe, I used a combination of the granular Sucralose (generic Splenda) with
