I substituted the egg with a flax egg (1
T flax meal + 2 1 / 2 T water and allowed to sit for 10 min) to make it plant - based.
I did not have hemp seeds on hand (I'll have to check the grocery store for them the next time I go) so I just used flax meal instead (1 / 4c +2
T flax meal) and made pancakes out of it.
