If you're looking for a smoother and silkier texture, use a liquid, vinegar - based hot sauce (like
Tabasco).
I have also used just a little bit of chilli in this recipe, but
if you love things spicy, then add more, or even some
tabasco sauce.
If you want to go super-clean, try some
Tabasco sauce, salsa or make your own
