To make these cookies paleo, leave out the
Truvia and oat flour, and add in 2
Tablespoons arrowstarch + 1/3 cup coconut sugar.
I used: 2 medium eggs 2oz soft goat cheese 1
tablespoon goat double cream 1
tablespoon vanilla essence 2 small
truvia packets 3/4 cup less 2
tablespoons of water 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
There are 2
tablespoons of light agave nectar and 3 teaspoons of
Truvia sweetener added.
I made a similar version recently that called for 6 whole eggs and replaced the coconut oil with butter, used a
tablespoon of
Truvia instead of honey. . .
