Tape Wall Frame... If you have been around this blog for long, you know how much I love adding a little tape to just about anything to give it a quick upgrade.

For example, if my daughter paints me a picture, I cherish it, adore it, praise her for it, and
tape it up on my
wall (or
frame it!).
To help me with the layout, I traced each
frame shape and
taped it to the
wall and kept moving things around till I got the general layout I liked (start with the large pieces).

On a bedroom
wall, a series of ten pieces by Gedi Sibony is initially perplexing as they appear to be blank works showing
tape and other elements that one would find behind an artwork in a

He often organized his photographs in the form of a grid on white gallery
walls, sometimes
framed and sometimes hung with clips,
tape, or pushpins.
The black
frames are prints of duct
tape that the artist had laboriously mounted onto the
walls of his studio, revealing the imperfections of the
tape while invoking the logic of the grid.
The 2017 Tate exhibition rejected institutional norms: photos in various sizes,

frame», and glue or
tape these
framed pictures to the

I attached the wood letters to the glass of the old window
frame using some double sided adhesive
tape (the thick stuff)... there is glass there so I didn't have to worry about damaging the

You can cut out squares the size of each
frame and
tape them to the
wall to space them out.
I usually cut paper to the size of my
frame,

Make things easier on your end by tracing the
frames on a paper and using painting
tape to create a layout on the
wall before you have to put holes in the
wall.
The names can be clipped on string lines per table, either
taped or or tied to nails in the
wall or inside an empty vintage
frame.
The
frame and floors are recycled wood, 4,000 VHS video
tapes work as
wall installation, while 500 bike inner tubes serve as window seals and soundproofing.
To create a «
frame,» first run painter's
tape all along the inside edges of the
wall you are turning into an accent
wall, then run another line of painter's
tape 1» out from the
tape you first applied.

You'll need: a window or picture
frame whiteboard
wall paint chalkboard paint a small paint roller (a mini edger works well) painters
tape wire (optional for clipping up cards, photos, etc) sturdy
frame hangers & nails a drawer pull (this will be your chalk tray) a power drill
I wanted to show it because I have not had the money to
frame both the posters so I just
taped the to the
wall, till I can
frame them right.
Their passion for soccer isn't going away and while I was finishing up their room, when they thought I was done, they
taped up their favorite Neymar Jr poster... it looked so sad
taped to the
wall, so I decided to make them a decent
frame from 1x3s nailed to a 1/4 sheet of plywood and just
tape the poster inside.
To make a gallery
wall you will need just a few items: your
framed art, wrapping paper, scissors, a marker, painter's
tape, a level, a ruler, a hammer, and nails.
Just Go For It I don't know how many tutorials I've seen out there that tell you that you need to lay everything out first or even cut out the shapes of the
frames and
tape it to the
wall before you nail it.
Next, take your picture and measure the back from the top of the
frame to the point the picture will hang and transfer this to the
wall with a pencil down from the bottom edge of the painter's
tape.
