I quite like it in
smoothies and shakes but it's grim in
tea and I'm
not sure I'd want to drink a glass of it neat, either.
If you're
not a
smoothie drinker, or you want something you can prep ahead that's okay to sit in the fridge — I highly recommend a batch of matcha green
tea.

I tried many ways of adding matcha into my
smoothies as it's quite a process to make matcha
tea itself, however it is hard to pass up its many great benefits (
not to mention the caffeine kick).
Plus, this bread doesn't have a lot of added sweetener since bananas are already sweet, so it's great for breakfast with a
smoothie or protein drink (like bulletproof chocolate milk or
tea), or a tall glass of raw milk.
I love throwing a scoop of peptides or gelatin in

tea (the Mister is especially into putting collagen in his coffee these days, but you know I don't like coffee»cause I'm

tea drinker, for whatever reason, and still want to benefit from green
tea's appealing antioxidant profile, use green
tea as the liquid portion in a
smoothie.

My elevenses snacks consist of a warm green

smoothies and maybe some strawberries (ok,
not so green).

Tea Smoothie Smoothies aren't just for summertime.
At Be Well, we love getting it from bone broth or by taking it in powder form, mixed into cold water, hot water,
tea (see recipe below),
smoothies, yogurt and even baked goods (fortunately, heat doesn't degrade its effects).
Now I'm
not cooking with caned coconut milk everyday, I was having coconut milk a lot in
tea,
smoothies, cereal etc but switched to soy milk for
smoothies and and cereal and just use coconut milk for my
tea.
There are definitely ways to incorporate coffee or
tea in a
smoothie so you don't have to miss out on either.
In the book, you say you don't recommend juice cleanses,
smoothie detoxes, or
tea - toxes.
To make a more digestion - friendly winter
smoothie, try using a base of warm (
not boiling)
tea or nut / seed milks, and decrease the quantity of frozen ingredients.
My go - to pick me up in the mornings isn't coffee or
tea, it's a green
smoothie.
