While I appreciate the idea of drinking

infusions, I don't think any article on any health website should ever start with «Stop Drinking
Water».
I personally like to take my herbs as a strongly infused
tea or a decoction (an
infusion for any flowers leaves, decoction for barks and roots) because it also gets a lot more
water into the body!
