researchers at NOCTI spent three years researching and pilot testing CTEDDI (Career -
Technical Educators Using Data - Driven Improvement), a professional development model that helps CTE
teachers and administrators learn how to effectively interpret assessment data and use it to make instructional improvements in the classroom.
Its objectives are to serve as archival support for
technical staff who are carrying out research, documentation, conservation and preparing activities, as well as for
researchers,
teachers and students, not to mention for artists and for the public as a whole.
To increase the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employed as administrators,
teachers,
researchers and student services officers in
technical and further education colleges and higher education institutions.
