Technology High School faculty embarked on a journey of reflection, improvement and growth.

program that lets kids and their adult caregivers learn about the park first hand by using fun, self - guided worksheets; the NewYork Historical Society, where she developed curriculum guides to help classroom teachers incorporate primary sources into their instruction; the American Museum of Natural History, where she developed a series of teacher guides for the Moveable Museum exhibits and several temporary museum exhibits; and MOUSE, a New York City based non-profit organization that works to train middle and
high school students to initiate and manage
technology help desks, where she developed curriculum and educational support materials for students,
faculty advisors, and MOUSE trainers.
The SDSU College of Education is committed to preparing teachers,
school administrators, counselors, community college
faculty and leaders, performance improvement /
technology professionals, and community service professionals to provide the
highest quality learning environments to ensure student and client success and achievement through our teaching, research, and service.
Partnerships between
high - need
school districts and the science,
technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM)
faculty in institutions of
higher education are at the core of these improvement efforts.
From a
high - level perspective, the positive dispositions found for the practicing science and
technology educators, principal investigators and evaluators, and
technology infusion
faculty in this study can be viewed as a target level toward which one might hope the middle
school students and the preservice teachers might evolve.
Our members consist of classroom
faculty, educational technologists, librarians,
school administrators and
technology directors, spanning from Pre-K to
Higher Education.
The focus of this study was to define the stages that
schools, colleges, and departments of education experienced as
faculty and students moved from lower to
higher levels of computer
technology use and integration.
The
high - tech, blended curriculum for middle - and
high -
schoolers was created exclusively for Zulama by
faculty who teach those subjects to master's students at Carnegie Mellon University's Entertainment
Technology Center.
