What I'm looking for would be for them to really take the time to give credit to the recipe, i.e., «I've seen this all over the internet and wanted to try it with my favorite brownie recipe, which I barely tweaked from Ina Garten» — here is a link to the

testing at Cook's Illustrated and couldn't wait to get into the
kitchen to try this recipe; I've noted the original recipe and my changes in parentheses.»

When I first cracked open my copy of America's
Test Kitchen's newish
cookbook How to Roast Everything, my first instinct was to flip past seemingly - basic recipes like weeknight roast chicken, roasted thick - cut pork chops, baked sweet potatoes, and this, a gussied - up twist on roasted broccoli, but that would have been a mistake.
