Think about the food choices you make and be deliberate in choosing plant - based meals, even just a few times a week, to make a positive impact on your own health and that of our fragile environment.

thinking about your food choices.
In terms of food, the most beneficial choice I ever made was to start
thinking about my food choices in a different light.
That means responsible care for our own animals, but also
thinking about our food choices and the products we consume and trying to minimize or eliminate our contributing to cruelty.

And I am confident that all of the initiatives being formed around the world will spread and set precedence for the way we
think about Food Systems in the future, and impact the
choices we make.
I
think it is important to point out that this isn't just an issue for middle class families who care deeply
about their child's diet and are able to provide abundant healthy
food choices but school menus have great impact on many, many poor children who, through no fault of their own and often with no agency to change the situation, end up being pawns in the lunch tray wars.
My
thought is that until society changes, it will be a up - hill battle to convince children that the healthful
choices they see at school cafeterias are great when outside of school many are seeing and eating the less - than - healthful
choices in many of the ways we've talked
about here before: classrooms, athletic practices, homes because parents are busy, don't have access to fresh
foods and more.

Yes, I keep

think about:

about behavior, I'd like for you to consider what may bother or use your time the most when it comes to
food choices that aren't as healthy as they should be for you to reach and maintain your optimal weight.
They get so defensive and bent out of shape

thoughts and mindset that can limit you, but certainly not the
foods!
The more you
think about what the benefits are in your body when you eat whole
foods, the clearer it will become as to what the best
food choices are everyday.

think about organic, grass - fed beef and organic, pasture - raised chicken as good
food choices for persons who enjoy these
foods.
Every
choice that you have made to nourish yourself with healthy
foods, to pause for two minutes of mindfulness, to walk those extra few steps each day or to give attention to kind
thoughts about yourself or others has been rehearsal for the moments in life when you feel so pulled away from your place of center that you wonder how to find your way back again.

It doesn't have to be expensive and it doesn't have to be time consuming, it's
about making the right

foods, stay away from the processed
foods, I like to
think of iot
about eating more natural
foods and staying away from man made
foods.
