I think the chocolate brown color downplayed the super feminine vibes of these shoes thus placing them squarely in my wheelhouse.

brown may be useful for a rugged appeal (
think Saddleback Leather), when positioned in another context
brown can be used to create a warm, inviting feeling (Thanksgiving) or to stir your appetite (every
chocolate commercial you've ever seen).
I always
thought it was a really bad idea to teach little children that the
brown things bunnies leave behind are
chocolate.

thought the AP might help in that respect),
brown sugar, halved the oats and subbed in unsweetened organic coconut for the rest, doubled the salt, and used Trader Joe's bittersweet
chocolate.
i remembered what it did to me last time but i was
thinking maybe it was just my diet at the time, so i make a shake and it looks terrible extra bubbly and separates easily, and kind of a diiferent color than i remember,

think i ground the
chocolate a little too much because in the end they were uniformly
brown (like traditional brownies) instead of speckled like in your picture.

chocolate, roughly chopped into 1⁄2 - inch pieces (I chopped my
chocolate a bit larger, I
think) * 1⁄2 cup cracked hazelnuts (I omitted these, but I'll be sure to include them next time)
They're a little on the sweet side and I
think I will use
brown rice syrup next time and add some
chocolate chips.

To me, I totally
think you guys need to know that a single recipe may contain
brown butter, salted caramel, toasted coconut and spiced whipped cream + a
chocolate drizzle.
Unfortunately, that is NOT the case and it's common sense - what do you
think would help you lose fat better... that 1000 calories of
chocolate pudding or 1000 calories of lean chicken breast, vegetables and
brown rice?
I would be smiling even wider with teeth but I don't
think anyone wants to see
brown chocolate stains or cavities galore.
I purchased this color because I
thought it would be a rich matte

Agree that black is probably too stark — I like the idea of cream, light gray (as in, J.Crew's «pearl» color), certain
chocolate browns, or navy (which I
think would look great setting off the orange - y undertones).
LOVE the one you recommended... mine is actualy

think I need to add a black one to the old wardrobe.

Did you however
think of maybe flipping the colors and going
chocolate brown on the bottom stone and a warm cedar shingle on the top?
I'm
thinking they'd prefer either the
chocolate Brown or Bombay Black.
I am not exactly sure which granite counter color kit I am going to use in my kitchen yet, but I am
thinking it will most likely be the
chocolate brown with some extra colors from other kits added in....
