Marinate them in
Braggs (low sodium soy sauce), maple syrup, grated ginger, garlic, miso paste, and 2 - 3 scant drops of sesame oil.
I stir fried loads of veggies in coconut oil, lime juice, apple cider vinegar and
braggs.
Make the marinade / sauce by blending the tahini, rice vinegar, maple syrup,
Braggs, miso, ginger, and 3 - 4 tbsp of water — to loosen.
I don't know if it's because I used
Braggs aminos instead of the soy sauce.
Do a taste test, adding more tamari /
braggs if not salty enough, or more cayenne if not spicy enough.
Add some pickled ginger slices and juice and a little
braggs!
I have been under the impression that
Braggs does not have MSG but with the way a lot of things go, it is really difficult to find the truth.
