When I set up my local Tunica Humane Society I knew this was going to be the very best way for us to increase our exposure to the best
adoption sites automatically, as well as having an excellent means to keep
track of our
animals.
If 7 - 10 days seems alarmingly short, remember the law of weighted averages: if most
animals stay a shorter amount of time in
adoptions («fast
track»), a few
animals can stay quite a long time («slow
track») and still hit a target LOS that is fairly short.

The National Greyhound Association — the industry registry and trade association — responded to the need for new homes for retired racers by setting up an
