Transfer meat mixture to a deep bowl.
If working in a frying pan,
transfer the meat mixture to a deep 8 by 8 - inch or similar - sized baking dish.

Transfer into a food processor bowl, and pulse two or three times, until the
mixture ressembles with minced
meat.
If desired, you may
transfer meat / veggie
mixture to a 2 - quart oval casserole dish (or similar sized dish) and top with mashed potatoes before baking.
Remove the collard and
meat mixture from the pot, shake off excess cooking liquid and
transfer to a serving plate.
Once you're ready, just defrost the
meat mixture in the refrigerator overnight, then once thawed,
transfer to a 2 - quart baking dish, top with mashed potatoes, butter and paprika and bake as directed.
