truvia are the same — stevia and the swerve is different and I researched it and due to my health issues, I am unable to use the swerve

Truvia measures cup for cup with sugar so you may want to look
at the back of the box to see what your specific sweetener suggests!

You can also make your own
Truvia - like sweetener
at home following my recipe posted here.
However, both
Truvia and PureVia are not purely natural stevia
at all — in fact, they are just as bad as the chemical sweeteners that preceded them.
I used
Truvia for the sweetener and Walden's Farm No Cal No Carb Maple Syrup I purchase
at Publix grocery.
i was in a hurry and didn't see coconut sugar
at the store so i bought
truvia baking blend and they are so good my two year old keeps bugging me for more.
Truvia for baking could be subbed in
at the same amount, I think (I don't use it so I can't say for certain).
After I stirred one packet of
Truvia tabletop sweetener into my tea (as I would Splenda), I was pleasantly surprised
at how clean and sweet my drink tasted.
