Instead of high - calorie, high - glycemic white sugar, I used

natural pb (just peanuts and salt), unsweetened vanilla almond milk, orgrain organic protein powder in vanilla, added cinnamon and vanilla extract and omitted the
truvia.
However, both
Truvia and PureVia are not purely
natural stevia at all — in fact, they are just as bad as the chemical sweeteners that preceded them.
The first three ingredients in

A few years ago, I discovered a seemingly miraculous «all -
natural» sweetener called
Truvia.
For my keto recipes I like to use Swerve sweetener and
Truvia has a brown sugar option as well If you want a more
natural substitute you could always try molasses or maple syrup, but they aren't keto - friendly.
I substituted
natural apple sauce and
truvia in place of agave for a GF / SF version also added pistachios and sf chocolate chips Yum yum yummo!!
I used the bittersweet chocolate again, but this time I added 1/4 cup of
Truvia (sugar substitute made of Stevia and erythritol; both
natural).
I got some all -
natural maple extract from totonac (on amazon), added some
truvia baking mix along with a little xanthan gum, reduced it on the stove, and voila — maple syrup!
I like
Truvia and believe it is a more
natural sugar.
The jam I used was Smucker's
Natural Strawberry Fruit Spread, but the macros are actually for Smucker's Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves with
Truvia.
