essential oils at the last minute, see if that works.
For scented laundry, you can
add a few drops of
essential oils to your dryer balls before tossing them into the laundry (My little boy has sensitive skin, so I'm used to unscented laundry and didn't
try this)
Also, you can
try adding a couple of drops of
essential oils such as tea tree or lavender to your diaper pail to help with aroma and killing germs.
I have not
tried essential oils yet, but it's something I've wanted to
add to our natural health repertoire.
I put a filter on the shower head, boiled my water before making the baking soda mix,
tried white and cider vinegars,
added and didn't
add essential oils... My hair itself was gorgeous — the length of it, anyway.
Try using
essential oils in a diffuser in your home, mixing a few drops with a carrier oil (like coconut oil) and massaging over skin, or
adding a few drops to a bath or shower!
I haven't
tried this yet, but it could be
added to this serum for additional benefit (just always use caution and do your own research when using
essential oils!)
I would also recommend
trying to
add some lemon, sweet orange, litsea cubeba, lemongrass or neroli
essential oils instead of the lavender to give it a nice citrus smell.
If clean, refreshing, tasteless water is a little boring for you,
try adding some fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice, or
try adding a few drops of
essential oils (cinnamon, tangerine, peppermint, etc.).
You could
try using the
essential oils from this homemade body lotion recipe and as you say also
add some Vitamin E Oil which would help preserve it even more.
You can
try ginger teas, raw ginger (it's great in stir - fries and smoothies), ginger powder (in this recipe) and even ginger
essential oils (which you could
add to water - just be sure you are buying a good quality brand to get the benefits).
For an even more relaxing experience,
add essential oils like lavender to the bath, or
try Olbas Therapeutic Herbal Bath if you have particularly achy muscles.
You can use pure aloe vera juice and
try adding lavender and / or peppermint
essential oils or fresh squeezed Lemon juice and spray or pour over the dog after a bath.
