tried this substitution but sure you could
try substituting almonds (blanched to
keep the cheesecake white) and soak them overnight

I think you may not even have to

fridge if you were to use just cocoa butter instead of both coconut oil and butter (cocoa butter is solid at room temperature) but I'd have to

The only thing you need to do is grab whatever fresh vegetables you can find
in your
fridge in the morning and take them to work, I
try to always have some form of mushroom (dried Asian ones are wonderful and can be
kept on your desk) and some fresh greens of some sort.
If it's going to be a busy week, I
try to make a few staples (grains, beans, veggies, etc.)
in advance and

in the
fridge so I can throw something together
in a pinch.

tried flax seed ground or the whole seed, but my parents buy the flax seed oil and
