I've
tried the Coconut Milk
Kefirs (
plain & strawberry), the straight coconut milk, hazelnut coffee creamer... ice creams are good too (especially the Green Tea and the Coconut Almond), and also the Stick Bars (vanilla coconut milk ice cream with chocolate covering, yum)... So anyway I think it would be the Sorbet, yea — final answer (oh and the Raspberry one at that!!).
Try plain yogurt or
kefir.
Stick with
plain, unflavored
kefir to minimize added sugars, and
try it in place of milk over whole grain cereal, blend it with fruit to make a smoothie, or just drink it straight.
Instead of yogurt for your protein smoothie or an addition to the «Healthified» Granola...

Would you recommend that I do FODMAPS strictly for a while without
trying any gluten or dairy, or should I go for things like
plain lactose free
kefir or 100 % spelt bread right away as part of my trial?
We've
tried a number of flavors for our
kefir, and our favorites so far are
plain fresh organic ginger (tastes quite a bit like ginger ale) and
plain fresh organic basil.
