Trying flavoring water naturally.

On my quest through RC (childhood), evangelical (most adulthood of varying
flavors), EO, liberal christianity, and UU, I realized I wasn't really
trying to save the baby while tossing out the bath
water, but in reality there is no baby.
I
tried these with just sparkling
water and, honestly, they didn't have that lime rickie
flavor.
To combat my daily struggle to get my
water intake, I always
try and concoct recipes to give my
water a
flavor and nutrient boost..
I want to
try this because I am not fan of the other
water flavored enhancers out there and I like the ingredient statement for this drink.
The chocolate is the only
flavor I have
tried - I mix 1 scoop with a banana, a splash of
water, 4 ice cubes and a scoop of peanut butter.
The
flavors were great but I was left with a lot of excess moisture so the fettuccine got soupy — I think next time I'll
try 4 C of
water instead of 4 1/2.
In fact, for Indian people the combination of rose
water and cardamom is very familiar (which I found out after I had
tried that
flavor combination first myself...), but for me as a Finn these
flavors are new and totally fascinating.
looking forward to
trying smoothie recipes - I've been using the coconut
water for a while and wasnt aware of the health properties - that just makes it better - I do nt like the
flavor either but in a smoothie you do nt taste it - thanks!
I have only
tried this as written however you could
try apple juice or
water but it would certainly change the
flavor of the dish.
The consistence and the taste is really like carton box soaked in
water no matter how u
try to
flavor it.
So I
tried this the other day and ended with coconut
flavored water.
My daughter was excited I made it again; she
tried it with strawberry
flavored seltzer
water and said it was really good.

tried coconut

In terms of taste, I decided to
try out the Mocha Cappuccino as it's one of the top rated
flavors and it taste pretty good... I've experimented mixing it with
water, coconut
water, and soy milk and think that Soy Milk is the way to go as it taste a bit thicker, not too sweet and not diluted.
We make pink lemonade every weekend, and instead of stirring the sugar into the
water, I make a simple syrup of the
water and sugar, add fresh mint leaves and a mixed fruit
flavored tea from dried fruits and leaves — you can
try different tea
flavors like cherry, berry, hibiscus etc., the mixed cocktail seems to go over best in our house.
For this the tuna I used was
water packed — oil packed might give a stronger
flavor... I should
try it next time!

Choose this: Instead of reaching for a wellness or sports drink,
try different herbal teas or make your own
flavored water with herbs like mint or basil and citrus like lemon or lime.
