Tumeric milk is my favorite these days and I need a pretty mug for it.
(in addition to the raw honey / cinnamon,
tumeric milk drink at night, and elderberry syrup)
Quick question,
the tumeric milk / tea recommends drinking the bevvie warm, but I was always told to not heat my kefir.
I served it with
tumeric milk to get close to my breakfast protein goal of 20 grams (which also boosted the DV for calcium to 45 % based on a 2000 calorie diet).
Inspired by many of your comments in my recent post

In the meantime, measure out the maple syrup, 1/2 cup nondairy
milk, salt and
tumeric in a small bowl.
I added all the optional ingredients; the jalapeno,
tumeric, coconut
milk and parsley (no cilantro though) and I think I made a good choice, it was sooo tasty Thanks for the recipe, will make again for sure!
I've been trying to get more
tumeric in my diet (and tried the whole golden
milk crazy but not my thing) so this rice sounds great!
