I don't know about you, but a lot of
typical breakfast foods leave me hungry soon after I eat.
Typical breakfast foods that are not healthy include: toast, cereals, bagels, pancakes, muffins, croissants, waffles, french toast, scones, etc..
It just so happens that most of
