care to
U.S. women, particularly from sites operated by Planned Parenthood and federally qualified
health centers (FQHCs).1 In this analysis, we assume that all the clients seeking contraceptive
care who are currently served by Planned Parenthood
health centers in each state would be distributed to other types of
safety - net family planning centers in the same proportions that contraceptive clients are currently served by each of these other types of centers.
