It's nice to put a face to the name and see who the human on the other side of the phone or computer screen actually is — just make sure that your employees
understand that by using their personal accounts to share company content and interact professionally, they need to
remember that
everything they post is a reflection on the company.

And
remember, every single assignment does not need to be graded — skim some work just as a quick check for
understanding and give yourself permission to not go over
everything with a fine - tooth comb.
If you
remember that, learn basic business,
understand corporation politics and thinking, learn copyrights, most
everything that happens anywhere, from bookstores to distributors to traditional publishers, will make some sort of sense.
