academic building in New York City to achieve LEED Platinum status, the USGBC's highest and most rigorous level of certification.

academic building in half a century, is virtually complete, just a little more than two years after the official groundbreaking on May 7, 2007 — a brilliantly sunny day that was most auspicious for the enterprise.
In 2009, the Cooper
