The polls are part of community effort by Prescription for Progress:
United against opioid addiction, a newly formed coalition of of leaders in healthcare, media, law enforcement, education and business in New York's Capital Region aimed at raising awareness and taking steps to mitigate the crisis.
Several West Virginia cities have filed suit
against the Joint Commission, which accredits and certifies health care organizations and programs in the
United States, alleging the nonprofit spread misinformation to health care professionals about the risks of
opioid addiction.
