I find it extremely concerning that the box clearly advertises (with pictures) the
use of this
rail on a toddler
bed, but states it should only be
used on an adults
bed.

My bigger question for those who really believe in the family
bed (as opposed to those who
use cribs / bassinets but pull the baby into their
bed to nurse sometimes and let them stay) is what do you do with a baby who goes to sleep early when you go to sleep later, and they are absolutely not safe in an adult
bed alone (because babies absolutely fall off of adult
beds, even if there are guard
rails.)

rails when your toddler is over one year old, but take care that she does not escape.
