These meatballs are not deep fried, and if
you use a nonstick pan (cast iron, enameled, etc) you don't need much oil at all!
I like to
use a nonstick pan with a little coconut oil.
(If you do not want to
use a nonstick pan, see Notes.)
You don't need parchment paper — you could
use a nonstick pan or line with foil.

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium - high heat (do not

I use a nonstick pan and nonstick spray (I have learned from people who try this recipe without these two things that they are very important).
Do not to
use a nonstick pan when making your caramel sauce.
My second one was much better,
I used a nonstick pan for it (but didn't photograph it — sometimes there isn't time).
I also
used a nonstick pan because it s the one I have; the cake did not raise as much as the one on the photo of the original recipe but it tasted delicious and had a very light, feathery texture.
Hence why I suggest
using a nonstick pan AND nonstick / olive oil cooking spray in between each pour!
If
using a nonstick pan, which heats up faster than a traditional one, go by the shorter baking time in step 4.
Not exact matches
Came out a bit dry and dark after 42 minutes, but I think it was because I
used a
nonstick (dark) Bundt
pan.
By far the best
nonstick pans I've
used, and they're built to last.
My favorite

Pour mixture into a 9x13
nonstick or metal baking dish and
use a spatula to spread evenly covering the entire
pan.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf
pan with parchment and spray with
nonstick spray (I
used coconut oil spray).
You may want to spray your
pan with
nonstick spray - I
use coconut oil spray to avoid having to clean up a sticky nightmare of a
pan.
Grease cake
pans (I
use nonstick cooking spray) and line bottoms with a parchment round.
If you're a college student, just out of college, or just starting on your own and need some cook - and bakeware (or even if you're an established cook, but need a
pan for a new recipe, and don't know that you'll be
using it often enough to justify buying an expensive one), this seems to be a fine place to start as it is
nonstick and very affordable.
Also
used nonstick 3qt
pan for both, no worry about boilover or splatters OR cleanup (yes soaking works wonders).
I
used 1/2 c. of Bob's Red Mill Fine Ground Flaxseed meal, instead of the coconut flour (just didn't have it on hand) and lined loaf
pan with
nonstick foil.
Make sure you spray the
pan or
use a
nonstick loaf
pan to avoid issues turning it out once it's done baking.

You could also
use cooking spray, except for
nonstick pans: It leaves sticky residue on Teflon surfaces.
Heat a crepe
pan or medium size
nonstick skillet (I
use an enameled cast iron skillet - heavy but it works great) to medium heat.
TO PANFRY the dumplings,
use a medium or large
nonstick skillet (
using skillets or
pan with fitted lids work best), if both sizes are handy, cook two batches at the same time.
Make sure you
use an angel food cake
pan as those are usually
nonstick.
Note that I
used a greased

pan instead of a tart

I could have cooked the salmon better such as in a
nonstick pan which seems to put a better crust on the skin and color on the flesh without drowning in oil or maybe I didn't
use enough oil in my cast iron
pan.
One thing I have to say though... you should NOT
use the spray in your
pan — it will ruin the
nonstick of the
pan.

Heat a large
nonstick skillet (vegan pancakes are notoriously stubborn, don't
use a regular
pan) over medium heat.
I only
use about a 1/2 — 1 teaspoon each time I cook in my
nonstick skillet and the food literally just slides out of the
pan and onto your plate.

used 4 extra small

You could try
using a really good
nonstick pan.

It's important to
use a stainless steel
pan, rather than
nonstick, in order to achieve the crispy crust, as the meat will easily adhere to the
pan and then eventually release.

using Bob's tapioca flour, honeyville almond flour and full - fat coconut milk from whole foods on a 91/2 inch heavy
nonstick pan (ceramic).
I'm also not sure what type of
pan you are
using — I
use eco-friendly
nonstick.
Spray a grill rack with
nonstick cooking spray and set the heat to high or
use a grill
pan.
Turns out, she
used fine sea salt instead of coarse kosher salt); the
pan (
nonstick, aluminum, cast iron, dark, light, heavy, lightweight); the oven — you wouldn't believe how different ovens vary in temperature; even the humidity — all of these can make a difference.
