using Feedburner to feed the RSS mix to the page.
For metrics, I'm again
using Feedburner for their feed.
Using Feedburner by Google is one of the best ways to do this.
For getting statistics on them, you could
use Feedburner, or just approximate the number of readers based on how many people use the most common web based feed readers like Google Reader or Bloglines.
