Using coconut milk ice cubes and blending them with matcha tea or you could even go a step further and make protein powder smoothies as the base.

use frozen
coconut milk ice cubes in it instead for a more «smoothie» texture.

coconut milk ice cream - so I just
used the same method as that but the frozen berries and
ice cube tray for the
coconut milk sounds wonderful!

ice trey will make the process go way faster!)
Note: If you buy the large carton and find you can't
use it all quickly enough, just freeze the rest of the
coconut milk in an
ice cube tray to
use in smoothies, or later defrost and
use in soups and other recipes.

I just made this with my VitaMixer and the only change I made was that I
used 1/2 cup of
Coconut Milk plus 1/2 cup of Choc Almond
Milk and then 2
ice cubes.
