I've been
using both sprouted oats and nut butters as they are so much easier for your body to digest.
Using sprouted oats cuts down on the phytic acid that makes digesting raw oats difficult.

sprouted pumpkin seed butter in the fridge that would be perfect for making these, however I don't do well with rolled grains as I prefer being able to soak my grains first and then make them into homemade flours in my ever - so - well -
used Vita - mix — what could I
used in place of the rolled

used fresh spinach also from

used frozen tropical mango chunks...
This sounds so yummy and simple to make!I've
used sprouted buckwheat in recipes before but never
sprouted oats.

sprouted granola without all the hassle of soaking, dehydrating, and rolling the
oats first like I
used to have to do.

oats and baked in a 200F oven with various other ingredients to make her favorite version of homemade granola.
