usually have
oatmeal with chia, spices, coconut oil, and maple syrup in the winter
for breakfast!
Usually for breakfast I crave scrambled eggs or
oatmeal with fruit.

breakfast cereal aisle (often near the

for reasons I can't explain!).

breakfast recipe
for something like pancakes or baked
oatmeal tends to get me out of my ruts since
breakfast is
usually my favourite meal.
