I have been looking at colors to repaint our family room and just this morning thought we might try
Valspar paints this time around.

The
paintings, all in highly saturated hues such as Behr Totally Black, Golden Black Gesso and
Valspar Very Black, managed to be both formal and provocative at the same
time.
Last
time I was in Lowe's, I noticed that
Valspar came out with a chalky finish
paint.
I just recently used chock
paint for the first
time now I used the
Valspar chalk
paint that is out now and one of us but I did the clear finish over it but I still feel like it's drying hi do you know any secrets to give it more of a not so rough look?
I find it happens with
Valspar paint almost every
time.

Valspar's Mark Twain House Ombra Gray — Eggshell finish (left over from our
Painted China Hutch) • Minwax paste wax
We spent weeks
painting the entire house Woodlawn Colonial Gray by
Valspar, and it never occurred to me at the
time that gray couches against gray walls was a little much.
