Hi Karen, Because of the fact that the new WW recipe builder does not account
for the nutrition facts / points of «free» fruits and vegetables in recipes (a change from the way it was done with PointsPlus), there will be many instances in which the nutrition info plugged into the SP
calculator will not match the SP
value determined by the recipe builder.
Ginger, I don't track nutritional
values, but MyFitnessPal app (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/) and SparkRecipes (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp) have
calculators you can use
for this.
Though, if you have the weight watchers points
value for each recipe, you will be able to calculate a calorie range by using a Weight Watchers Points
Calculator.
We also use a Weight Watchers points
calculator to find the points
