I would buy a big bottle of
vanilla syrup at Target and swirl it into my
coffee with a splash of cream.
Place ice cubes, yogurt,
coffee concentrate, ground flaxseed, cocoa, maple
syrup or honey, and
vanilla in a blender; process until smooth.
For this version I used International Delight Fat Free Caramel Macchiato and threw in a little bit of brewed
coffee, cinnamon,

When making a Caramel Macchiato at home we use both the
vanilla & the caramel
