Following good food combinations is most beneficial for people with a weak digestion,
Vata types, for those under severe stress, or those healing from a disease.If you are tired, sick, need more energy, it is good to use food combining.
Routine is also important for me and other
Vata types because we tend to have scattered energy.
For
Vata types especially, going within is extremely healing because we are easily stimulated by everything going on around us.
Vata types are also naturally quick, flighty, and can become easily agitated.
Please note that these tips are beneficial not only for
Vata types but for everyone who lives in the Rajasic environment of a busy city and whose lifestyle is fast - paced.
Finally,
Vata types benefit from corpse pose (Shavasana) which should be practiced for at least 15 minutes.
Vata types benefit from sesame oil, while Pitta types would do well with sandalwood or sunflower oil.
