Granted, the taste of vegetable noodles doesn't match the taste of pasta.

In the Paleo diet, pasta is strictly prohibited; but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy delicious
noodle - type dishes using fresh
vegetables.
By the way, if you don't have a spiralizer, you can make zucchini
noodles with a julienne peeler or zucchini ribbons with a regular
vegetable peeler.
If you don't have a spiralizer to make this healthy zucchini
noodle casserole (aka zoodles), use a
vegetable peeler to make long thin strips of the squash and zucchini, stopping when you reach the seedy center.

For quick dinners, I make a kale salad and top it with some
vegetables and hummus, or I recently have been
doing spiralized zucchini
noodles and top that with some chickpeas and avocado.
(which by the way you can use if you
do not own a spiralizer) This
vegetable spiralizer belongs into the FUN category, it transforms any meaty root
vegetable or fruit into the most beautiful curly
noodles.
Here are a trio of recipes that
do a nice job of combining
noodles and oodles of
vegetables.
If you don't have a spiral slicer, make zucchini into wide, flat «
noodles» with a
vegetable peeler,
doing so into a serving container.
If you don't have a spiralizer you can prepare these healthy
noodles using a
vegetable peeler or simply cut the zucchini into strips using a sharp knife.
Kelp
noodles are made from sea
vegetables but they
do not taste like sea
vegetables.
Love ramen
noodles, they work with so many combinations it is a great alternative to
vegetable soups, just throwing a few ingredients and the lunch or dinner is
done, also this recipe is amazing if you want something a little bit more satiating than a soup.

Replacing
noodles with spiralized
vegetables is easy to
do — and it adds a lots of surprising color, flavor, and texture to an otherwise regular «pasta» dish.

So, while the marinara sauce recipe doesn't need to stray very far from its original version, by substituting
noodles with
vegetables, you save the calories and carbohydrates — to say nothing of the post-meal heaviness — that traditionally accompanies pasta dishes.
Hot chai chocolates, pimped up couscous and spiralised
vegetable noodles, all things you can
do easily at home.
This salad
does not use
noodles but is instead made with spiralized
vegetables like carrots, zucchini, and onions.
Don't forget sea
vegetables like dulse, and kelp, which, in dried flaked form, are super easy to add to soups, casseroles, sauces, salads and
noodle dishes.
Limit yourself to the recommended diabetic serving for
noodles or pasta — 1/3 cup per meal — and consume your pasta along with other foods that are low on the glycemic index, like nonstarchy
vegetables, or foods that don't contain significant amounts of carbohydrates, such as sources of lean protein like seafood or skinless chicken breast.
The extremely healthy foods that the Japanese in Japan eat that don't cause much flatulence include: natto (fermented whole soybeans), tofu (soybean curd with 90 % of the fiber removed), edamame (baby whole soybeans with about half of the flatulence - causing raffinose bred out), unsweetened soymilk (fiber removed), green tea, fish, shellfish, brown seaweeds (wakame, kombu, arame, mozuku, and hijiki), red seaweeds (nori and ogo), mushrooms (fresh shiitake, dried shiitake, maitake, reishi, enokitake, buna - shimeji, bunapi - shimeji, hon - shimeji, hatake - shimeji, king oyster, nameko, hiratake, and matsutake), konnyaku slices (zero calories), shirataki
noodles (zero calories), sukiyaki (uses shirataki
noodles), brown rice, white rice, wholegrain buckwheat
noodles, tomatoes, daikon (giant white turnips), and green
vegetables.
While the soba
noodles are cooking, prepare the veggies by either using a spiralizer, or if you don't have one, you can simply use your
vegetable peeler to create thick «fettuccine - style» strips.
