I love how this crock
pork chili
verde uses an inexpensive
roast and I LOVE the rich flavor of the green chilis, tomatillos and
pork.
The
pork has SO much flavor from the salsa
verde and omg,
roasted poblanos.
I made it with 3 lbs of center cut
pork loin and the salsa
verde in my crock pot (High for 6 hours) and combined the bbq with the
roasted poblanos, corn and black beans.
