Collaborating with some of the most innovative artists and musicians today, The
Vinyl Factory is premiering
works at its curated space, Store Studios, 180 The Strand, with an initial focus on Ryoji Ikeda's test pattern [N ̊12]-- the latest iteration of his test pattern project, begun in 2006, in which he converts data (from music, text, photo and video) into monochrome binary patterns.
The
Vinyl Factory also
works in partnerships with leading art organisations.
Promoting the
work of emerging artists is Frieze Projects and the Frieze Artist Award (this year's recipient is Rachel Rose), both of which incorporate presentations of highly experimental processes and collaborations, alongside Frieze Music, an off - site programme curated in partnership with The
Vinyl Factory which activates visitors» experiences through music and sound.

While we have some issues with
vinyl windows and with the effectiveness of window replacement in general, Serious Materials has re-opened
factories and put Americans back to
work, making better, more energy - efficient replacement windows in the process.
