However, Audi's parent company, the Volkswagen Group has not intentions to pull out of the Detroit Motor Show, as of yet.
For its Roadmap E, the company is making use of two major Volkswagen Group synergy levers in the area of development.
Other companies in the Volkswagen Group have used different trademarks for their 4WD vehicles.
It's based around the Volkswagen Group's MLB Evo architecture, developed mostly by Audi (which is, nominally, Lamborghini's parent company).
The same engine is already used by Audi's Volkswagen Group sister company Porsche in the latest Panamera Turbo.

Audi will produce its Q5L in Changchun, China as part of the joint venture of its parent company the Volkswagen Group, FAW - VW.

The Lamborghini Urus SUV still needs an official green signal from its parent company, the Volkswagen Group to get into production, but that could happen soon.
