When last I used this service, it was called
Vook, and I liked it, but didn't really need it (it was a soup - to - nuts online conversion - and - distribution service provider, similar to BookBaby).

Vook more acceptable because it doesn't have as many complaints against it as Author Solutions?
Strangely, you must now «apply» with
Vook via their home page, uploading a query letter and sample pages, but as far as I know they don't turn anybody down.
Vook was founded as a video - ebook company, hence the «V» in
Vook, and their strength lies there though they also
do a great job of formatting and distributing plain text ebooks and Fixed Format EPUBs.
Both BookBaby and
Vook offer strong marketing programs — not really
do - it - for - you actual marketing and promotion of your book but rather teaching you how to
do it yourself.
