came out, one of the large selling factors was the social media angle, such as Kobo Pulse.
I tried to move forward with the first set - up of my Kobo
Vox but the same error message keeps
coming - up and doesn't allow me to properly sign - in into my Kobo account.

If you are unhappy with the stock Kobo
Vox apps that
come with your device, like Twitter, Zinio, Rdio, and others, there is currently no way to uninstall them.
nothing seems to work with the kobo
vox accept the charger that
comes with it — which I left on a recent trip.
The Kobo
Vox and Nook Tablet are two models in particular that suffer from this problem and gives you sub-par audio because it always
comes across as muffled.

Vox for $ 169 if you have a Plum Membership card which

The single speaker is tinny and even more underpowered than the Nook Tablet's, and the
Vox doesn't
come with Netflix or Hulu Plus, much less have access to for - pay videos or a music player like the Kindle Fire.
The Kobo Library
comes with a feature called Reading Life, which debuted on Kobo's
Vox e-reader tablet last year.
I've not
come across a way to change fonts on the Kobo
Vox, except for using a different app such as Aldiko that allows for alternate font types.
It too, like the
Vox, also
comes with Kobo reading software built in.
I'm wondering which version of Android it'll be running and does it
come already rooted, as the
Vox does?
The Kobo Arc is a much different proposition to the
Vox, and will
come running fully Google certified Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Keyboard As previously mentioned, the on - screen virtual keyboard of the Kobo
Vox performs well, especially when compared against some of the limitations of the Kindle Fire that
comes as a result of its hypersensitivity to touch.
B&N and Amazon raised the bar when it
comes to the display quality on their respective offerings, and the
Vox simply doesn't keep up here for the price.
If it would have been released at this time last year up against the Nook Color, or if it
came with a dual - core processor, the
Vox would have a much better chance of contending.
The Arc is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual - core TI OMAP 4470 processor and also
comes with 1 GB of RAM, so the
Vox's slouchiness should not be a problem anymore.
The Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet was announced on Monday as the bookseller's answer to the
coming Amazon Kindle Fire and Kobo
Vox tablets.
Still, none of the others even
come close to the
Vox's social media richness.
