Clive, you point out how others often don't understand what Jesus was saying; but while Jesus often labors to try and make
things clear to the unbeliever («Oh, you of
little faith) or at the very least the author tries to make it clear for us
in retrospect (At the time they didn't understand that he spoke of this...),
in this case Jesus switches from something that might be figurative to essentially say «no, I seriously mean this» and it concludes not
with Jesus saying «don't go away, this is what I actually mean» but confirming that people would refuse to accept that God intended for them to actually fill themselves
with the
life that He offered so they stopped following him.
The problem

in childhood and youth, namely, immediacy
with the addition of a
little dose of self - reflection.

But before I do, I just want to reassure you that having your baby sleep
with you —
in your bed or
in a crib (cot) up against your bed,
with the side down — is the very best
thing you can do for your
little one, because whether or not you are breastfeeding, your baby will need night feeds for at least the first six months of
life and probably longer.

«Ego Is The Enemy», a great book by Ryan Holiday,
in which I've been more and more discovering
things that suggest that perhaps a big part of a lot of what I do is based on me wanting to achieve a lot of
things in life and that's great, if it's about affecting change
in other people's
lives, but I think that there may also be, potentially, a
little bit of an unhealthy obsession
with being great.
And for a vegan bodybuilder who must unfortunatelly play tetris
with the food sources that he choses
in order to give to his body the right ammounts of aminos, restricting SPI and soy foods so much does not make his goal any easier. There are sometimes that you need a meal thats complete
with aminos and soy provides that meal
with the additional benefits of lacking the saturated fats trans cholesterol and other endothelium inflammatory factors.I'm not saying that someone should go all the way to 200gr of SPI everyday or consuming a kilo of soy everyday but some servings of soy now and then even every day or the use of SPI which helps
in positive nitrogen balance does not put you
in the cancer risk team, thats just OVERexaggeration.Exercise, exposure to sunlight, vegan diet or for those who can not something as close to vegan diet, fruits and vegetables which contains lots of antioxidants and phtochemicals, NO STRESS which is the global killer, healthy social relationships, keeping your cortisol and adrenaline levels down (except the necessary times), good sleep and melatonin function, clean air, no radiation, away from procceced foods and additives like msg etc and many more that i can not even remember is the key to longevity. As long as your immune system is functioning well and your natural killer cells TP53 gene and many other cancer inhibitors are good and well, no cancer will ever show his face to you.

So I really would suggest you take it slowly, item by item, and log your reactions to the same
thing raw and cooked, and check quantities, and check combos... it IS hard and laborious and sisyphean, and by way of encouragement let me add it took me months of logging everything
in a
little notebook kept on the kitchen counter alongside a small digital scale, but the effort's worth it because
in the end you'll know exactly what's nay and what's aye and that makes
living in a world loaded
with food so much easier.
I love sharing these
little things with you guys because I've had this blog

I don't really remember where the term «high frequency» when it comes to
life (probably something Jen Sincero said
in one of her books), but it's the amazing feeling of when you're firing on all cylinders — which is honestly incredibly hard to do these days
with so much going on (work, finding balance, time, etc.) Finding that high frequency is a art form, but ironing out what the
things are that help you get there makes it a
little more attainable.
