mix of water, almond milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon until it's pancake batter consistency then cook them over medium / high heat with coconut oil.
I've also
added cinnamon, ginger and allspice to my
waffle mix, but you can go as crazy as you like with the spices (I'm thinking pumpkin pie spice to tie in with the puree as my next experiment).
Amp up oatmeal, smoothie bowls, pancakes,
waffles and ice cream with a generous sprinkle of Mulberries —
mixed in or
added on top!

WAFFLES: — 2 cups rice milk — 2 cups gluten free flour — 1 tsp baking powder — 1 egg — dash of stevia

You are going to laugh but when I do my «sneaky» pancakes (or
waffles), I
add to the
mix pumpkin, applesauce, bananas, ground flax seeds, oats, OJ, and instead of water, I use Apple Juice — anything that I can sneak in.

Once wet ingredients are combined, slowly
add dry ingredients and
mix until fully incorporated (batter should be the same consistency as a regular
waffle batter).
