Another surprise I found out about myself is that, despite my general love of handheld games, I guess I'm not as invested in them as their console counterparts, seeing as no handheld games claimed a Game of the Year, and only nine appeared as runners - up (Pokemon Red & Blue, Pokemon Gold & Silver, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow,
WarioWare Twisted, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, Mario Kart 7, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Animal Crossing: New Leaf).
Description: I'm of the widely held opinion that the Warioware franchise is best experienced on the portable platform, and
Warioware Twisted was the best the series had to offer.
Warioware Twisted is one of Nintendo's all time greats (this is not a compliment that should be given lightly but Twisted totally earns it) and it's a huge shame not a lot of people can experience it.
While each WarioWare game (okay maybe not the atrocity that is Snapped) has a special place in my heart, I definitely feel that
WarioWare Twisted is my favorite.
