salad: Remove rind from
watermelon and put
fruit in a colander set over a large bowl 5 minutes (to collect the juice).
I also love avocado and
fruit salads in the summer (peaches or
watermelon work really well), plus a sprig of mint.
Just slice those berries, peaches, and
watermelon wedges into
fruit salads or toss them
in the blender with some enzyme - rich kale.
